T2 Current Activities and Future Plans for Small- and Medium-Sized Reactors
Interest in small- and medium-sized reactors continues to grow, and Government agencies, private companies, industry groups, and international organizations are currently developing and promoting numerous reactor designs.
The designs include different reactor technologies (for example, modular designs, such as integral pressurized-water reactors (PWRs)), new end‑use applications, and various deployment strategies. The panelists will present unique perspectives on their ongoing activities and their views on the future of advanced reactor designs.
