W19 Reactor License Renewal: Regulation (Part 1 of 2)

The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research are sponsoring a two-part technical session for NRC staff, industry stakeholders, and international participants to discuss issues regarding reactor license renewal. This first session, led by NRR, will include presentations on recently updated license renewal guidance documents, including the Generic Aging Lessons Learned Report, Standard Review Plan, and Generic Environmental Impact Statement, findings from NRC regional inspections, plant operating experience, and international perspectives on long-term operation.
