This memo concerned a telephone conversation with Mark Whittaker of Chem. Nuclear, Inc. The memorandum states that the allowable contamination limit in the Guidelines for Decontamination of Facilities for Unrestricted Use or Termination of Licenses for Byproduct, Source or Special Nuclear Material for "thorium-nat" is the total radioactivity present from thorium radionuclides plus all daughters.
