    2.2) Issues for the 129th ACNW meeting

    2.4) EDO responses to Committee reports
    2.5) EDO's list of future meeting topics
    2.6) ACNW Calendar for 2001and 2002
    2.7) Civilian Radioactive Waste Management Systems, Management and Operating Contractor meeting topics
    2.8) Planned attendance at outside meetings

4) 1:30 - 4:00 P.M. DOE's Supplemental Science and Performance Analysis (SSPA) (Open) (BJG/RKM)
    4.1) 1:30-3:00 p.m. - DOE presentation - the Committee will hear a status report from DOE on its SSPA.
    4.2) 3:00-4:00 p.m. - Discussion and questions between presenter and ACNW Members

5) 4:15 - 7:00 P.M. Preparation of ACNW Reports (Open)
    The Committee will discuss proposed reports on the following topics:
    5.1) Sufficiency Comments (GMH/LFD)
    5.2) Research Plan for Radionuclide Transport: Prioritization Methods (GMH/RPS)
    5.3) Greater-Than-Class C (GTCC) Waste and Sealed Sources (RGW/HJL)
    5.4) Igneous Activity (BJG/LFD/LSH)
    5.5) Conservatism (ML/RKM)

    Committee Members will finalize topics, agenda, public outreach sessions and a visit to the Envirocare facility.

    8.2) 11:15-12:30 p.m. - Discussion between the ACNW Members and the NRC staff.

9) 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. Yucca Mountain Preclosure Plans (Open) (ML/AS)
    9.1) 2:00-3:15 p.m. - Briefing by representatives of DOE on its current preclosure plans and activities for the proposed HLW repository at Yucca Mountain
    9.2) 3:15-4:00 p.m. - Discussion between the presenters and the ACNW Members
10) 4:00 - 4:30 P.M. Research Working Group (Open) (GMH/RPS)
    Discussion of plans for the subject working group which is to be held during the 131st ACNW Meeting.

11) 4:45 - 7:00 P.M. Preparation of ACNW Reports (Open)
    The Committee will discuss proposed reports on the following topics:

    Ms. Federline will address the Committee on items of mutual interest.
14) 10:00 - 2:45 P.M. Preparation of ACNW Reports (Open)
(12:00-1:00 P.M. Lunch) The Committee will continue its discussion of proposed reports.
  2:45 - 3:00 P.M. Miscellaneous (Open) (BJG/SB)
    The Committee will discuss matters related to the conduct of Committee activities and matters and specific issues that were not completed during previous meetings, as time and availability of information permit.
