Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 - Pre-Submittal Meeting - Proposed License Amendment Request to Revise the Emergency Plan Emergency Action Level Scheme

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC's (Susquehanna, the licensee) plan to submit a proposed license amendment request to revise the the facility's currently approved Emergency Plan Emergency Action Level (EAL) scheme, which is based on the guidance established in Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01, Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors, Revision 6, dated November 2012, to the guidance established in NEI 99-01, Revision 7, dated September 2024.
