There will be 3 sessions to provide information about Executive Order 14300 proposed rule - Modernizing Reactor Licensing, Safety Oversight, and Siting Practices. Each session will follow the generic agenda provided.

- Removal of IEEE-323-1974 Reference in Footnote 3 in of 10 CFR 50.49,
- Determinate and Data-Backed Thresholds for Reactor Safety Assessments,
- Increased Enrichment of Conventional and Accident Tolerant Fuel Designs for Light-Water Reactors,
- Risk-Informing 10 CFR 50.59, Allowing Flexibility for Changes to Methods, and
