The Fiscal Year 2017 Agency Financial Report (AFR) presents the agency's performance and financial management information in compliance with the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010 The AFR gives the President, Congress, and the American public the opportunity to assess the agency's performance in achieving its mission and the stewardship of its resources.
