NRC/Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) Procedures

Note: The Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs (FSME) merged with NMSS on October 5, 2014. All previously issued FSME and Office of State and Tribal Program (STP) procedures are considered effectively NMSS procedures and remain in effect until they are reviewed and reissued. These procedures can be referenced as NMSS procedures even though the procedures still have FSME or STP titles and references.
