REMARKS:

TI 2515/150 (Reactor Pressure Vessel Head and Vessel Head Penetration Nozzles (NRC Bulletin 2002-02)) is issued to support the NRC's review of the licensee's program for NDE examinations of the Reactor Vessel Head and Vessel Head Penetration Nozzles. This review is to determine if the licensee's programs are equivalent to the sample programs stated in Bulletin 2002-02.

Note: This TI is being issued without formal regional review because of the need to review licensee programs during planned fall outages. The regions are requested to submit proposed changes to this TI, identified through its implementation, to the Branch Chief, Inspection Program Branch, NRR, by November 25, 2002.
