REMARKS:

IMC 0609 (Significance Determination Process) has been revised to reflect revisions to Attachments 1 and 2, and changes to the recently issued Appendix A to IMC 0609.

IMC 0609.01(Significance and Enforcement Review Process) has been revised to include comments and recommendations provided by the Regions, OIG, and OE. Guidelines for SERP membership and assignments of SERP member responsibilities are provided in Section 2. Guidelines for conducting post Regulatory Conference Caucus appear in Section 3.

IMC 0609.02 (Process For Appealing NRC Characterization of Inspection Findings (SDP Appeal Process)) has been revised to include some editorial changes specifying management concurrence at the branch chief levels.
