No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS: IMC 0608 (Performance Indicator Program) has been revised to:
 
  1. Document exclusion of T/2 fault exposure time in safety system unavailability performance indicators.
  2. Give guidance on how to resolve technical issues that are not covered by the performance indicator program.
  3. Give guidance when a licensee disagrees with the Inspection Program Branch's resolution of a feedback form.
 

IP 71151 (Performance Indicator Verification) has been revised to document exclusion of the T/2 fault exposure time in safety system unavailability performance indicators.

 
  IP 71153 (Event Followup) has been revised to provide guidance on assessing degraded condition exposure time if time of unavailability is unknown.
