REMARKS:	IP 87115 (Nuclear Medicine Programs) is issued to be used in place of IP 87100 for the inspection of nuclear medicine programs. It reflects a performance based inspection approach. Compared to IP 87100, it changes the format, eliminates the field notes, adds an inspection record section, and adds a references section.
	IP 87116 (Medical Teletherapy Programs) is issued to be used in place of IP 87100 for the inspection of medical teletherapy licensee programs. It reflects a performance based inspection approach. Compared to IP 87100, it changes the format, eliminates the field notes, adds an inspection record section, and adds a references section.
	IP 87117 (Radiopharmacy Programs) is issued to be used in place of IP 87100 for the inspection of radiopharmacy licensee programs. It reflects a performance based inspection approach. 	IP 87118 (Brachytherapy Programs)is issued to be used in place of 87100 for the inspection of brachytherapy licensee programs. It reflects a performance based inspection approach.
