Subject:  CHANGE OF SUBMITTAL DATE FOR EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES 

The submittal date for the evacuation time estimates requested by my letter 
of December 26, 1979 (March 31, 1980) is postponed until the General 
Accounting Office completes its review of this request for information and 
grants clearance under the Federal Reports Act.  GAO clearance normally 
takes about 45 days.
