Discussion:

Larry Weber, the D. C. Cook Assistant Plant Manager, will become the D. C. Cook Plant Manager effective Monday, August 8, 2005. Mr. Weber has previously been the manager of the Work Control, Performance Assurance, and Operations departments at D. C. Cook. Before coming to AEP, Mr. Weber was the senior license holder and a shift manager at Exelon's Braidwood Station. This change was prompted when Michael Finissi, the current D.C. Cook Plant Manager, was named the Director of Maintenance and Outage Planning for AEP Generation in Columbus, Ohio.
