Subject: Management Changes at LaSalle County and Quad Cities Station

Discussion:

On January 8, 2002, Exelon Nuclear Generation announced the following
management changes for LaSalle County Station and Quad Cities Station:

    1.  Charles Pardee, current LaSalle Site Vice President, has been
    named the Senior Vice President, Exelon Nuclear Generation
        Mid-Atlantic Regional Operating Group

    2.  George Barnes, current Quad Cities Plant Manager, has
been named the LaSalle County Station Site Vice President.

    3.  Mike Perito, current Quad Cities Operations Manager, has
been named the Acting Quad Cities Plant Manager

    4.  Tim Hanley, current Quad Cities Shift Operation Supervisor, has
      been named the Acting Quad Cities Operations Manager.

These moves are being made in conjunction with various other senior
management moves throughout the corporation. The changes were effective
January 8, 2002.
