Subject: LaSalle Station Mngr. Named As Exelon Engineering Vice President

Discussion:

On November 20, 2000, a spokesperson from Exelon Nuclear Generation
announced that James Meister, the LaSalle Plant Manager, has accepted the
Exelon Nuclear Engineering Vice President position. Prior to his position
as the LaSalle Plant Manager, Mr. Meister held the position of
Engineering Manager at both the LaSalle and Braidwood stations. This move
is being made in conjunction with various other senior management moves
throughout the corporation. This management change is scheduled to occur
on January 1, 2001. The process is underway to finalize a selection of a
new LaSalle Plant Manager as well as other positions affected by that
selection.
