OFFSITE NOTIFICATION DUE TO AN EMERGENCY DIESEL ENGINE COOLANT LEAK

"The NJ DEP [New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection] was contacted due to a coolant leak from our Emergency Diesel Generator [EDG] that reached the waters of New Jersey. The coolant contains a hazardous substance per NJAC 7:1 E."

The EDG has been removed from service for repairs.

The Licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector.
