Ninety-six containers were | | indicated on the 741, but one was inadvertently left in the outer shipping | | container or put back into the shipping container and returned to BWXT for | | the next shipment. | | | | BWXT stated that the original inner container Tamper Indicating Device was | | still on the container and intact. | | | | After discussion and clarification of the incident with BWXT personnel, | | Westinghouse Electric Company personnel determined at 1700 hours that this | | incident was reportable to the NRC Operation Center. | +------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
