The Cost Estimator for Reactor Operating Licensing is a data-driven project through which our internal and external stakeholders may visualize the typical amount of NRC staff resources likely needed to complete various types of licensing actions, including license amendments requests, exemptions, program change reviews, relief requests, license transfers, and power uprates.
