Safety Evaluation

The NRC staff reviewed the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1, subsequent license renewal application for compliance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 54, "Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants" and prepared a safety evaluation to document its findings. The "Safety Evaluation to the SLRA of Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1" was issued on March 18, 2024.
