NUREG-0302, Revision 1 (10 CFR Part 21)

NUREG-0302 was published for the benefit of NRC licensees and other firms and organizations covered by 10 CFR Part 21 to understand the regulation that was published in the Federal Register on June 6, 1977. NUREG-0302 and Revision 1 provides NRC staff prepared remarks and answered questions on the meaning and application of the rule. The NRC staff is guided in its implementation and enforcement of Part 21 by the applicable positions set forth in NUREG-0302, Revision 1.
