River Bend Station, Unit 3 Application

By letter dated December 4, 2015, Entergy Operations, Inc., (EOI), submitted a request to the NRC to withdraw the River Bend, Unit 3 Combined License (COL) application from the docket. On June 14, 2016, the staff issued a letter notifying EOI that their request to have the River Bend COL application withdrawn from the docket has been granted in accordance with regulations set forth in 10 CFR 2.107. In addition, a Federal Register notice was published on June 14, 2016, announcing this decision and the basis for granting EOI's request.
