Advanced Reactor Oversight Process Public Workshop

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an overview of ongoing development activities associated with the Advanced Reactor Oversight Process (AROP), including the structure and key elements being considered for the AROP framework. NRC staff will discuss concepts under evaluation for the AROP framework, focusing on performance monitoring and approaches for assessing operational and safety performance at advanced reactor facilities.. Additionally, a portion of the meeting will be dedicated to obtaining stakeholder feedback and recommendations. Specifically, the NRC staff is seeking engagement on potential performance indicator program elements to inform the ongoing development of the AROP framework.
