Duane Arnold Energy Center: Pre-submittal Meeting for Planned License Amendment Request

The purpose of this meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and representatives of NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NEDA), is to discuss a planned license amendment request (LAR) for the Duane Arnold Energy Center, which, if approved would allow the facility to implement the regulations in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.69, Risk-informed categorization and treatment of structures, systems, and components for nuclear power reactors.
