This meeting will conducted via Microsoft Teams Webinar, teleconference, and in-person at the address in the notice. The meeting facilitator will alternate between questions from in-person and remote attendees, with priority given to in-person attendees. Due to the expected in-person participation, a ticket system will be used to randomly select members of the public to pose questions and/or comments to the NRC staff.
