The purpose of this meeting, between STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed supplement to the license amendment request (LAR) to revise the moderator temperature coefficient (MTC) surveillance requirement for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2 (STP). The LAR would permit the replacement of the measurement of the beginning and end of cycle MTCs with an analysis.
