Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss proposed changes to the 10 CFR 2.206 process described in Management Directive 8.11, "Review Process for 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions” based on recommendations from the report of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Expert Evaluation Team on Concerns Pertaining to Gas Transmission Lines Near the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant. This is the second public meeting to gather insights from external stakeholder and to solicit feedback on the 10 CFR 2.206 evaluations process.
