Specifically, the exemption relates to 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section IV.F.2.c, for offsite response organization participation in a biennial emergency preparedness exercise for calendar year 2020. The purpose of this public meeting is for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss the proposed exemption request with Entergy.
