The purpose of this meeting, between STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed license amendment request to rebaseline the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan following the content and guidance in NUREG-0654/FEMA-REP-1, Revision 2, "Criteria for Preparation and Evaluation of Radiological Emergency Response Plans and Preparedness in Support of Nuclear Power Plants," issued December 2019. The meeting will discuss the high-level process and overall components of the submittal.
