To inform the public about the procedures for conducting hearings on whether acceptance criteria in the Vogtle Units 3 and 4 combined licenses are met. These acceptance criteria are part of the inspections, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria (ITAAC) included in the combined license for a nuclear reactor. Operation of Vogtle Units 3 and 4 may commence only if and after the NRC finds that these acceptance criteria are met. Prior to the meeting, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., the staff will host an open house to answer questions from the public.
