Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a license amendment request submitted by NextEra Energy/Florida Power & Light that is currently under review. The amendment would consolidate the different sites' emergency plans into one fleet emergency plan. The amendment also proposes changes to some of the staffing requirements and augmentation times for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1; St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; and Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
