The purpose of the meeting is for Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC to discuss with the NRC staff their plan to submit a license transfer application as part of their regulatory path to potentially request reauthorization of power operation at Palisades Nuclear Plant. A portion of this meeting will be closed to the public (last 30 minutes) due to the licensee discussing proprietary information.
