The purpose of this presubmittal meeting, between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss APS's planned license amendment request to adopt Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-266, "Eliminate the Remote Shutdown System Table of Instrumentation and Controls," at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. TSTF-266 does not have a safety evaluation, a model application, or a model safety evaluation.
