(Entergy) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss one feature of a planned license amendment request to replace the Core Protection Calculator with a digital system in accordance with Digital Instrumentation and Control Interim Staff Guidance (ISG) DI&C-ISG-06, Revision 2. Specifically, the meeting will focus on methods to ensure that the new digital systems will meet the response time assumption in the Chapter 15 safety analysis.
