This version implements the core functionality of SIERRA ATD and marks the first official release.
This version introduces a new and improved user interface and fixes the following bugs:
- Ensures that the user-selected diffusion option is used by the backend.
- Fixes the wind rose legend to display when wind speeds are the same value or if wind directions are missing.
- Fixes the stack flow from being ignored in the Control Room module.
- Corrects the half-lives in the Routine Release module to correctly use the 2.26 days.
