EN Revision Text: AUTOMATIC ACTUATION OF UNIT 1 EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR

"At 20:30 CDT on March 19, 2021, with the Unit 1 in Mode 5 at 0 percent power, an actuation of the Unit 1 Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) occurred during outage activities on Transformer 12 (T-12) resulting in a trip. The cause of the Unit 1 EDG auto-start was bus undervoltage as a result of the T-12 trip. The Unit 1 EDG automatically started as designed when the Bus 14-1 undervoltage signal was received.

"This event is being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3)(iv)(A) as an event that results in a valid actuation of the Unit 1 EDG.

"There was no impact on the health and safety of the public or plant personnel. The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."
