ONSITE SPILL OF CHEMICAL TOILET
"On May 27, 2019 at 0940 EDT, a portable chemical toilet was found tipped over. Approximately one gallon of contents spilled to the gravel only and did not reach any waterways or storm drains. Cleanup efforts are in progress. A notification to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and local health department is required, as well as a press release.
"This event is being reported pursuant to 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi)."
The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector.
