CONTROL ROOM VENTILATION INOPERABLE
"At 0242 EDT, the CCNPP (dual unit, single control room) control room supply damper failed shut. This rendered the Unit 1 and Unit 2 control room ventilation inoperable and the appropriate LCOs were entered.
"At 0249, control room ventilation was restored to service and the appropriate LCOs were exited. This is being reported under 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3)(v)(D)."
The licensee notified the NRC Resident Inspector.
