This Agreement State report was received from the State of Louisiana via facsimile.
"Bayou Inspection Services reported an overexposure [of] two employees. (Deleted) received an annual dose of 5055 mR. (Deleted) received an annual dose of 5330 mR. Radiation Safety Officer stated he talked to both employees and told them they must do a better job of protecting themselves from exposure to radiation."
