MULTIPLE SIREN FAILURE
The plant had multiple siren failures during the silent test of the Calvert County Public Notification and Alert System, more than 10 sirens failed. The cause is being investigated. An alternate method of public notification is available for use.
The NRC Resident Inspector was notified.
