LOSS OF SOME OFFSITE COMMUNICATIONS
The licensee reported that the Emergency Notification Network, used to contact state and local government agencies, is currently inoperable. The licensee has confirmed that commercial telephone communication with these agencies is still possible. The NRC resident inspector will be informed of this condition by the licensee.

The licensee restored the Emergency Notification Network to service at 0039CDT. Notified R2IRC.
