Due to a lapse in appropriations, the NRC has ceased normal operations. However, excepted and exempted activities necessary to maintain critical health and safety functions—as well as essential progress on designated critical activities, including those specified in Executive Order 14300—will continue, consistent with the OMB-Approved NRC Lapse Plan.

Question 89: Is it possible to obtain copies of revisedNRC "inspection modules" for inspection for compliance withthe revised regulation? How may these be obtained?

Answer: All "inspection modules" (inspection procedures in the NRC Inspection Manual) are available from the NRC Public Document Room, 2120 L Street N.W., Lower Level, Washington, DC 20555; Telephone (202) 634-3273. Inspection procedures have not yet been revised to reflect the revised Part 20, but will be revised during 1992.
