Parking at NRC Headquarters

Visitors are encouraged to use the Washington Metrorail or Metrobus service because parking during the business day is very limited. There is a map of available parking on the left.

NRC Headquarters garage parking is limited to visitors who are scheduled to meet with senior agency officials: NRC Commissioners, the Executive Director for Operations, or Office Directors. Others authorized for garage parking include NRC regional employees visiting Headquarters, other federal agency employees with agency badges, and guests invited to special NRC functions. Parking for these visitors, must be pre-approved by the Administrative Service Center.

A limited number of visitor parking spaces are located on the perimeter road outside the Headquarters Two White Flint North (TWFN) building. Visitors and un-badged contractors may park in these visitor spaces but must register with Security Guard posted at the TWFN loading dock. In the event that visitor parking is unavailable, maps identifying street parking locations may be obtained from the Security Guard posted at the TWFN loading dock.
