Small Business Contracting Opportunities
The Small Business Program was created by Section 15 U.S.C. 644K of the Small Business Act, to maximize prime and subcontract opportunities, eliminate barriers and engage the small business community. This is achieved through various resources, counseling sessions and a dedicated help desk. The program is the home of the Center of Excellence for Tactical and Strategic Market Research, Domestic Sourcing and Industry Engagement connecting agency staff with qualified small business vendors.
