IMC 0305 (Operating Reactor Assessment Program) has been revised to: identify assessment performed by independent parties that could be used as a means of self-assessing the NRC inspection and plant performance assessment process (DBLLTF 3.3.3.1); add more guidance for initiating, following up, and closing substantive cross-cutting issues; and to Incorporate several feedback forms.
