James Harvey

Dr. Harvey has almost fifty (50) years of experience in the area of scientific development and business operations.  He has managed company activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and managed major government contracts involving federal research and development.  He has also provided his expertise to various DOE operational programs.  He is currently NorthStar’s Senior Vice President and Chief Science Officer and has been with the company since its inception 16 years ago.
