Max Postman

Max Postman is a Foreign Affairs Specialist within the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration.  Mr. Postman has supported the Department of Energy in multiple capacities for over ten years.  He is part of the team responsible for the administration of the export control regulations at Part 810 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, which control transfers of unclassified U.S. nuclear technology and assistance to foreign persons and entities.  He also serves as Program Manager for DOE/NNSA's support to the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG), and is a member of the U.S. Delegation to the NSG.
