Anthony Calomino

Dr. Anthony M. Calomino manages the Space Nuclear Power and Propulsion technologies under the NASA Space Technology Mission Directorate. He has engineering degrees in structural analysis, engineering mechanics, and materials science. Dr. Calomino’s expertise is in durability analysis and damage modeling of high temperature materials and composites extending from metallic super alloys, to ceramic matrix composites, ablators, and refractory soft goods. He has worked in nuclear fission technology development since 2016.
