Allen Fetter

Dr. Fetter started his U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) career in 2004 as a hydrologist for the Yucca Mountain Project in the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.  Since 2006 he has worked in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs, and the Office of New Reactors as a technical reviewer and project manager on a number of environmental reviews for complex materials sites and legacy sites; as well as on numerous new reactor licensing projects including early site permit (ESP) and combined license application reviews.  In his current position as senior project manager, Dr. Fetter is one of the leading safety project managers for the Clinch River Nuclear Site ESP application review.
