Nathan Thomas Felosi

Nathan Felosi currently serves as the Branch Chief of Engineering in the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM). He provides overall technical management and coordination of engineering, Nuclear & Criticality Safety, Nuclear Facility Maintenance, Systems Engineering, and readiness/startup activities supporting OREM portfolio of projects in construction, demolition, and operations. Nathan has over 18 years of experience in operations, construction, engineering, and project management within DOE, U.S. Army, and private industry. As an Army reservist, Nathan currently leads a specialized unit providing preliminary project planning, engineering, design, technical reports, and project management for U.S. Army and Joint Forces infrastructure projects based in Knoxville, TN. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of TN and is a certified Project Management Professional. Nathan has DOE Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering, Nuclear Safety, Occupational Safety, and Federal Project Director Level 2. He earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from the University of Tennessee.
